Multiple law firms announced the filing of a securities fraud class-action lawsuit against Fluence Energy Inc. on behalf of investors. The lawsuit covers investors who purchased shares between November 24, 2025, and September 16, 2026, and alleges that Fluence made false or misleading statements about its manufacturing capabilities and its ability to meet fiscal year 2026 revenue and earnings guidance.

The complaint alleges that Fluence failed to disclose significant problems with its new contract manufacturing facilities: they were not complete or operational, and could not produce the required volumes. Earlier in the year, Fluence announced production delays and significant cuts to its revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance, triggering sharp declines in its stock price.

The lawsuit seeks to recover damages for investors who suffered losses as a result of the alleged misrepresentations.
