Ferrovial will lead the DriveTN consortium to deliver Tennessee’s I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes project. The $9.2 billion initiative represents the state’s largest single capital investment. This project marks Tennessee’s first public-private partnership.

The scope includes adding 26 miles of choice lanes in both directions between Nashville and Murfreesboro. These lanes aim to alleviate congestion and provide more reliable travel times in the Nashville region.

The DriveTN consortium includes partners Transurban and Tikehau Star Infra. The group will finance, design, build, operate, and maintain the infrastructure. The project is projected to provide $24.8 billion in concession value to the state.
