FedEx Corp. has ordered 2,000 all-electric medium-duty trucks from California-based startup Harbinger Motors.

The deal is valued at more than $300 million. Deliveries are expected to be completed by the end of 2027. FedEx will deploy the trucks across its pickup and delivery network in the U.S. and Canada.

The agreement expands the partnership between the two companies. FedEx previously co-led a financing round for Harbinger in late 2025.

The order supports FedEx’s strategy to electrify its entire parcel delivery fleet by 2040. The company also aims to make all new vehicle purchases electric by 2030.
