Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals Inc. reached its enrollment target for the placebo-controlled Phase 2b portion of its RESOLVE trial of EP-104GI, an investigational treatment for eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), an inflammatory condition of the esophagus. The company enrolled and treated the 120th patient on October 12, 2026.
Patients who have completed screening may still be dosed, potentially bringing final enrollment above 120. Eupraxia expects an interim analysis in December 2026 of data from the first 60 patients to reach the six-month mark.
More than 3,000 injections of EP-104GI or placebo have been administered to date. The company reported no treatment-related serious adverse events.
