Emaar Development Profit Jumps 43%, Fueled by AED 22 Billion Sales

Emaar Development PJSC reported a 43% increase in net profit after tax to AED 6.7 billion for the first half of 2026.

Revenue for the period rose 34% year-over-year to AED 13.3 billion.

Property sales reached AED 22.4 billion (US$ 6.1 billion) during the first six months.

The company’s sales backlog climbed to AED 127.7 billion.

EBITDA increased by 42% to AED 7.1 billion.

Consistent project execution supported the growth of the build-to-sell arm of Emaar Properties.
