EHang Holdings Ltd. launched its Global Fast Track Program to accelerate the international deployment of pilotless electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The initiative aims to condense commercial rollout timelines from years to months by streamlining regulatory processes.
Sri Lanka is the inaugural market to adopt the program through its Ministry of Ports and Civil Aviation and the Civil Aviation Authority. The partnership targets sandbox commercialization within four months, contingent on the completion of necessary assessments. This collaboration marks a significant step in EHang’s global expansion strategy and the broader adoption of advanced air mobility.
