Talaat Mostafa Group (TMG) Holding announced the official launch of Serenity Villas, a new luxury residential phase within its Noor City giga-project.
The phase comprises 500 standalone villas and townhouses. Homes will feature advanced smart home technology and sustainable design.
The phase carries a projected investment of EGP 8 billion. Sales are expected to begin immediately.
