Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) is exploring a merger between Electronic Arts (EA) and Savvy Games Group.

The move would consolidate the kingdom’s major gaming assets under a single entity.

A PIF-led consortium completed a $55 billion leveraged buyout of EA in August 2026.

Discussions regarding the internal restructuring are currently in the early stages.

Any combination is contingent on Savvy Games closing its pending $6 billion acquisition of mobile developer Moonton.
