DXC Technology announced a partnership with LangChain to advance governed agentic AI in mission-critical enterprise IT environments. The collaboration will integrate LangChain’s open-source LangGraph agent framework and LangSmith observability platform into DXC’s intelligent orchestration platform, DXC OASIS.
OASIS is already in production and is being scaled to 125 customer environments in regulated industries. DXC reported results across 500 measured use cases. The platform reduced incident resolution times by an average of 95%. Diagnostic accuracy was 92% or higher.
The partnership aims to improve how AI agents are developed, evaluated, and governed in complex IT operations, enabling automation with human oversight.
