Duos Technologies Group (DUOT) announced a 10-year colocation agreement with a major U.S. publicly traded cloud services provider. The deal is valued at over $400 million and covers 20 megawatts (MW) of facility load. Deployment is expected in the second quarter of 2027 at one of Duos’ Edge AI campuses.
To meet growing demand, Duos is also working to secure approximately 100 MW of additional powered, data center-zoned land across multiple U.S. sites. About 25 MW is already under contract, while negotiations are underway for the remaining 75 MW. Duos expects to finalize all land agreements by the end of the year.
