Draganfly Inc. received a $10 million strategic investment from Unusual Machines Inc. and an unnamed U.S. investment fund. Each investor contributed $5 million.

The registered direct offering covers approximately 1.87 million common shares. The shares were priced at $5.35 each, based on Draganfly’s closing share price on September 25, 2026.
