Guggenheim raised its price target for Damora Therapeutics to $60 from $40 and reiterated its Buy rating.

The firm increased its global sales forecast for the mCALR antibody class in myelofibrosis to about $3 billion from $1 billion. It expects class sales across myelofibrosis and essential thrombocythemia to exceed $5 billion.

Guggenheim’s revised model assumes treatment will begin earlier than with existing therapies and continue for longer. Those factors could improve patient survival outcomes.
