DraftKings (DKNG) shares climbed over 4% on Friday, August 28. The company renewed its multi-year official sportsbook partnership with the National Football League.
The agreement maintains DraftKings as a designated sports betting operator. It also continues the company's role as the exclusive daily fantasy sports partner, a title held since 2019.
The deal grants DraftKings access to official NFL branding. The company will receive real-time league data to support in-game betting.
The NFL also renewed its partnership with FanDuel. Fanatics will join as a third partner for the 2026 season, replacing Caesars.
Financial terms of the new agreements were not disclosed.
