Senator Maggie Hassan has accused Trump Mobile, which licenses the Trump brand for smartphones and wireless services, of failing to make required disclosures to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Her allegations say the company has not filed paperwork on fraud prevention and foreign ownership for its international calling services.
The allegations add to scrutiny of Trump Mobile after a customer data exposure and a later hacking incident exposed personal information. Hassan’s letter raises concerns about the security of the service’s customers.
