Dell Technologies CEO Michael Dell rejected concerns about an artificial intelligence bubble in a CNBC interview on Tuesday. He argued that a shortage of computing power makes one unlikely.

Dell cited strong, sustained demand, including rental prices for Nvidia’s H100 chips reaching a one-year high.

He warned that the gap between supply and demand for advanced chips is likely to widen over the coming year. Dell said the supply crunch could persist through 2030, as building new semiconductor fabrication plants takes multiple years and AI models continue to advance rapidly.
