DeFi Technologies said its subsidiary Valour had $640.2 million in assets under management (AUM) as of September 25, 2026. AUM rose by $243 million, or 61.2%, from $397.2 million at the end of the second quarter on June 30, 2026.
The company attributed the growth to persistent month-over-month net investor inflows. It said the larger asset base supports fee and yield income.
Bitcoin-related assets made up the largest share of Valourβs AUM at $239.3 million. Solana assets totaled $157.5 million, while Ethereum assets totaled $65.6 million.
DeFi Technologies also announced its expansion into actively managed funds with the launch of Valour Funds SPC and its first hedge fund, the Smart Crypto Fund SP. The company said Nasdaq granted it an additional 180-day compliance period to meet the minimum bid price requirement.
