Multiple investor rights law firms, including Rosen Law Firm, have announced class-action lawsuits against Endava plc. The lawsuits were filed on behalf of investors who purchased the company’s securities between September 4, 2025, and September 21, 2026. Investors have until November 30, 2026, to ask the Court to appoint them as lead plaintiff.

The lawsuits allege that Endava made false or misleading statements and failed to disclose that it had not maintained appropriate internal controls. They follow the company’s September 21, 2026, announcement that it was delaying the release of its fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 financial results to conduct additional reviews of its accounting for certain customer and supplier agreements.

Endava also announced that CFO Mark Thurston had been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation. One report said the company’s stock fell 25% on September 22, 2026. Law firms including Hagens Berman and Pomerantz LLP have also brought legal actions.
