Cuprina Holdings has agreed to acquire East Coast Podiatry Centre Pte. Ltd. and Orchard Clinic Management Pte. Ltd. for approximately S$4.0 million (US$3.1 million). East Coast Podiatry is described as Singapore’s leading podiatry-focused chain. Orchard Clinic Management operates two women’s health and wellness clinics.

For the year ended December 31, 2025, the combined entities reported unaudited revenue of S$9.1 million. Their normalized EBITDA was S$1.2 million.

Cuprina will fund the purchase with 75% cash and 25% of its Class A ordinary shares. The acquisition is expected to close by November 1, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Cuprina, a biomedical company, said the acquisitions will expand its operations and allow it to consolidate the clinics’ financial results.
