Citius Oncology announced positive health-related quality of life (HRQoL) results from its pivotal Study 302 for LYMPHIR®, a treatment for relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). The data, presented at a European oncology conference, showed that patients who responded to LYMPHIR experienced sustained improvements in skin-related symptoms, emotions, and overall well-being compared to non-responders.
Key Details
- Drug & Indication: LYMPHIR® (denileukin diftitox-cxdl) for adults with relapsed or refractory CTCL who have received at least one prior systemic therapy.
- Event: Data was presented at the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Cutaneous Lymphoma Tumour Group (EORTC-CLTG) 2026 Annual Meeting.
- Key Findings: Responders to LYMPHIR showed sustained improvement in skin-related quality of life (Skindex-29 score) and overall quality of life (FACT-G score) versus non-responders. Additionally, 32% of patients with significant baseline itch achieved a clinically meaningful improvement.
- Context: This data is from the same pivotal Study 302 that supported the U.S. FDA approval and subsequent launch of LYMPHIR in December 2025. Quality of life was an exploratory objective of the study.
