Total revenue grew 17% year-over-year to $3.34 billion. This result slightly missed analyst estimates of $3.36 billion. The company’s ongoing acquisition strategy primarily drove performance, offsetting organic growth of 3%.
The board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share. This dividend is payable on October 9, 2026. Shareholders of record as of September 18, 2026, will receive the payment.
