Constellation Software (TSX:CSU) appointed Daan Dijkhuizen as its first Chief AI Officer, signaling a stronger strategic focus on artificial intelligence. Dijkhuizen joins the company’s leadership team while continuing as CEO of the Topicus Operating Group and Managing Partner of VMS Ventures, Constellation’s venture capital arm.
In his new role, Dijkhuizen will lead efforts to expand VMS Ventures’ investments in AI-native vertical market software companies. He will also support Constellation’s business units in applying AI to their products and internal operations, establish appropriate quality and compliance controls, and promote the sharing of best practices across the organization.
