At its WebexOne 2026 event, Cisco announced new agentic collaboration features for Webex designed to help people and AI agents work together. Integrations with Anthropic’s Claude will let digital teammates analyze data, create content, and carry out tasks within Webex.
Cisco also introduced Dialog, an agentic platform designed to build continuous customer relationships by turning fragmented interactions into resolved issues. Dialog aims to unify conversations, physical workspaces, and customer touchpoints, giving people and AI agents shared context.
The announcements advance Cisco’s strategy to embed AI across its collaboration portfolio.
