As part of its planned business combination with Blue Acquisition Corp. and Blockfusion, CoreWeave has executed an anchor lease. The take-or-pay lease has a 15-year initial term and covers an 85-megawatt critical IT load. It is projected to generate approximately $2.8 billion in revenue over that term, providing a long-term income stream for the AI cloud infrastructure provider.
The disclosure appeared in an updated investor presentation related to the proposed merger. Revenue from the buildout is forecast to begin in 2028. The plan calls for approximately $920 million in capital expenditures between 2026 and 2029 to support the transition to high-performance computing and AI infrastructure.
