Bank of America analyst Tal Liani reiterated a Buy rating on CoreWeave and set a $140 price target, implying more than 100% upside. Liani cited the company’s ability to scale power for its AI data centers and raised his revenue growth estimates for 2027 and 2028. The bullish call followed a significant decline in the stock.
On October 14, CoreWeave shares fell more than 15% amid concerns about the debt used to fund its AI infrastructure expansion. The sell-off reportedly followed news that yields on some of the company’s bonds had climbed to 15%, a level that can signal financial distress to investors.
