Three CoreWeave co-founders have sold a combined $3.3 billion in company stock since the AI cloud provider’s March 2025 initial public offering. They sold $2.4 billion worth in 2026 alone.
The sales come as CoreWeave shares have fallen more than 60% from their June 2025 peak and concerns about the company’s credit risk have grown. Co-founders Michael Intrator, Brian Venturo, and Brannin McBee have significantly reduced their holdings.
A company spokesperson said the sales were pre-scheduled for personal financial planning. The founders remain among CoreWeave’s largest shareholders and collectively own about 20% of the company.
