Deutsche Bank upgraded CrowdStrike Holdings (CRWD) to Buy from Hold and raised its price target to $300 from $240. Analyst Brad Zelnick said the market has not fully recognized how artificial intelligence could expand the cybersecurity market. The bank considers CrowdStrike a leader in the sector.
Zelnick said CrowdStrike’s estimate of a $565 billion total addressable market by 2034 could prove conservative. He pointed to a “tsunami of cyber demand” as AI advances.
The upgrade comes as CrowdStrike opens its Fal.Con Europe 2026 conference in Barcelona.
