Salesforce said use of Agentforce Coworker has increased 21-fold over the past three months. The AI assistant now has more than 185,000 users.
The Adecco Group, Fulton Bank and BACA Systems are among the companies expanding their use of the tool. Integrated into Salesforce applications, Agentforce Coworker handles tasks and provides information in response to natural-language queries.
Salesforce says the AI teammate is designed to help users improve productivity and efficiency.
