Caledonia Mining Corporation said it was notified that BlackRock, Inc. had crossed a disclosure threshold. The notification was received on October 14, 2026, and said the threshold was crossed on October 13, 2026.
BlackRock’s total voting rights fell to 6.15%, from 6.96% in its previous notification. Its new position comprises 1,190,050 voting rights: 4.92% in shares, 0.82% through securities lending and 0.39% via cash-settled contracts for difference (CFDs). Those components add up to 6.13%, 0.02 percentage points below the stated total.
The notification gave no reason for the reduction. Investors may view the lower holding as a bearish signal.
