Clover Health Appoints Former U.S. Senator and MedPAC Commissioner to Board of Directors

Clover Health announced the appointment of two new directors to its Board, effective September 22, 2026. The appointments fill two previously disclosed vacancies and bring the total number of directors on the board to nine.

• New Directors: Former U.S. Senator Robert G. Torricelli was appointed as a Class I director to the Audit Committee, and Dr. Brian J. Miller, M.D., M.B.A., M.P.H., a current Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC) Commissioner, was appointed as a Class III director to the Clinical Committee.
• Effective Date: The appointments were effective September 22, 2026.
• Compensation: Each new director will receive a pro-rated restricted stock unit (RSU) award with a value of $200,000 for their service through the end of 2026, in addition to standard retainers for board and committee service.
