CG Power subsidiary Axiro Semiconductor signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Tosil Systems. This all-cash transaction is valued at ₹16.44 crore. The companies expect to complete the deal by August 31, 2026.
Tosil Systems specializes in semiconductor design services and embedded engineering. This acquisition strengthens CG Power’s existing semiconductor design capabilities. Tosil Systems reported a turnover of ₹11.94 crore for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
