CareCloud amended its $50 million credit facility. The company originally established the arrangement in April 2026. Executive Chairman Mahmud Haq and related trusts pledged 4.3 million common shares as additional collateral.
The company disclosed the update in a regulatory filing on July 22, 2026. Citizens Bank and Provident Bank serve as the primary lenders.
The financing includes a $40 million term loan. It also provides a $10 million revolving credit line. CareCloud will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes and to redeem outstanding Series B Preferred Stock.
This redemption aims to simplify the company’s capital structure. CareCloud currently maintains a market capitalization of approximately $95 million.
