Cerebras Systems has agreed to supply AI chips and hardware to cloud computing startup Gimlet Labs. The systems will have the capacity to consume approximately 100 megawatts of power.

The companies aim to build a new class of AI cloud infrastructure optimized for inference—the process of generating results from a trained AI model. The partnership will combine Cerebras’ wafer-scale hardware with Gimlet’s cloud platform to deliver high-speed performance for real-time applications.

The first data center is expected to become operational later this year.
