B2Gold announced the discovery of a new high-grade gold zone, named Tattuk, at its Goose mine in Nunavut. A standout drill intersection measured 9.95 meters and graded 10.94 grams per tonne of gold. The zone is about 150 meters down-plunge from existing mineralization, suggesting potential to add resources and extend the mine’s life. The company shared the discovery in an operations and exploration update on September 28, 2026.

B2Gold said the Goose mine ramp-up is back on track following a fire earlier in the year. A new mobile crushing plant was commissioned in August, and upgrades to the fixed crushing plant are progressing as planned. The company maintained its 2026 production forecast of 170,000 to 200,000 ounces for the mine and expects the fourth quarter to be the strongest.

B2Gold shares fell on September 28 amid a broader market downturn.
