Berkshire Hathaway invested an additional $330 million in Bending Spoons, a technology company that acquires and improves digital media and tech businesses. The investment was disclosed in a regulatory filing on October 14, 2026.

Berkshire bought 10 million shares through a private placement. The shares were priced at $33 each.

The investment follows Berkshire’s initial $600 million investment during Bending Spoons’ IPO in July. Berkshire’s ownership stake has since risen to approximately 4%.

Bending Spoons’ portfolio includes Evernote, Vimeo and AOL. Its strategy of acquiring and improving businesses has drawn comparisons to Berkshire’s long-term investment philosophy.

Bending Spoons shares have performed strongly since the IPO and are trading significantly above the private-placement price.
