BioNTech SE is presenting new clinical data from its late-stage oncology pipeline at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2026 Congress in Madrid. Presentations on October 24 are expected to include a late-breaking oral presentation on pumitamig, a PD-L1xVEGF-A bispecific immunomodulator, combined with docetaxel for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
The company is presenting 16 abstracts across key tumor focus areas, including lung and breast cancer. The showcase spans BioNTech’s diversified oncology pipeline, including next-generation immunomodulators, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and mRNA cancer immunotherapies.
The ESMO data will highlight the progress and potential of these cancer treatments as BioNTech seeks to build its post-COVID-19 portfolio.
