• Settlement Amount: The company will pay a total of $825,000, a discount on the approximately $1.3 million originally owed to Evora under a 2021 consulting agreement.
• Payment Terms: BNAI has already paid $175,000, with the remaining $650,000 to be paid in installments through December 2026, guaranteed by BEN Capital Fund I, LLC.
