Bloom Energy shares fell nearly 5% following reports of a force majeure notice from Oracle.

Oracle issued the notice to the developer of Project Jupiter, a massive AI data center campus in New Mexico. The facility relies exclusively on Bloom Energy’s natural gas fuel cells for power.

The notice allows Oracle to delay payments if the project misses its 2028 operational target. Repeated permit denials for a critical natural gas pipeline triggered the potential delay. These regulatory setbacks pushed the pipeline's start date back by nearly six months.

An Oracle spokesperson stated the project remains on schedule.
