Autozi Internet Technology (Global) Ltd. scheduled the closing of its previously announced reverse takeover for Sept. 1, 2026. The company has not disclosed the identity of the other party involved in the transaction.
The closing follows a US$30 million investment secured in August 2026 to support strategic growth. Nasdaq also recently confirmed that the company regained compliance with minimum market value requirements.
