Axis Bank will challenge a Delhi High Court ruling ordering a forensic audit of transactions involving Fortis Healthcare, Malaysia’s IHH Healthcare Berhad, and RHT Health Trust.
Fortis Healthcare filed a related Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court on September 16, 2026.
The litigation stems from a long-standing legal dispute between Daiichi Sankyo Company and the former promoters of Fortis.
