Avio is scheduled to launch its Vega C rocket on mission VV30, carrying two Earth observation satellites. The launch is planned for September 14 at 10:21 p.m. local time in Kourou, French Guiana (01:21 UTC on September 15). This will be the second mission operated by Avio as the Launch Service Operator for the Vega C.
The payload consists of the Sentinel-3C satellite for the European Commission's Copernicus program and the FLEX Earth Explorer for the European Space Agency (ESA). The successful execution of this launch is a key event for Avio, demonstrating its operational capabilities and contributing to its manifest of future launches.
