A lock-up agreement covering certain AEVEX Corp. Class A and Class B common shares expired on October 13, 2026. It had restricted shares held by officers, directors and pre-IPO securityholders for 132 days after a secondary public offering. With the restrictions lifted, those holders may sell shares on the open market.
Investors have until October 20, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status in a class-action lawsuit against AEVEX. The suit alleges the company made misleading statements about a prior 180-day lock-up period related to its IPO, including claims of a pre-arranged plan to waive the restriction early. The lawsuit followed a significant drop in AEVEX’s stock price after the company announced a secondary offering in June 2026.
