Pomerantz LLP and other law firms filed a class-action lawsuit against AEVEX Corp. regarding its April 2026 Initial Public Offering.

The suit alleges AEVEX failed to disclose a pre-arranged plan to waive a 180-day lock-up period for Madison Dearborn Partners. This waiver allegedly enabled a secondary public offering shortly after the IPO.

The revelation of this plan in early June 2026 caused a sharp decline in the company's stock price. The lawsuit covers investors who purchased shares between April 17, 2026, and June 4, 2026.

Shareholders have until October 20, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff.
