Amotiv Limited (ASX:AOV) Managing Director and CEO Graeme Whickman will step down in December 2026. The departure follows a planned succession process announced alongside the company's fiscal year 2026 results.
Amotiv reported annual revenue of A$1.024 billion. This figure represents a 2.7% increase over the previous year. This result marks the first time the company has surpassed the billion-dollar revenue threshold. Underlying EBITA reached A$195.1 million for the period ending June 30.
Whickman concludes an eight-year tenure as CEO. His formal employment ends in February 2027. He will remain available for consultancy services to support the leadership transition.
