A leaked internal executive briefing reportedly says Amazon Web Services (AWS) is preparing a significant global rollout with AI company Rezolve AI. The reported partnership would integrate Rezolve’s Agentic AI into Amazon’s core e-commerce infrastructure, moving beyond chatbots to autonomous systems that can manage product discovery, comparison and checkout.

The potential deal reflects a broader shift toward more advanced AI in retail. It could give Amazon’s retail cloud clients access to a commerce-specific large language model, addressing accuracy issues that have hindered adoption of more generic AI tools. Neither company has officially confirmed the deal. The report follows a period of significant financial growth for Rezolve AI.

Available reports mention no specific market reaction. Separately, Amazon’s new line of Alexa Tablets is scheduled to ship on October 14 in the US, Mexico and Canada.
