California State Teachers Retirement System Significantly Increases Stake in AAR Corp.

The California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS) increased its position in AAR Corp. An SEC filing reported this on September 14, 2026.

The pension fund acquired an additional 6,310,216 shares during the second quarter. This represents a 13,418.9% increase in its holdings. CalSTRS now owns 6,357,241 shares of the aerospace company. This equates to approximately 15.94% of AAR Corp. The stake was valued at $908.64 million at the end of the reporting period.
