AIB Data Centers has appointed Jason K. Burnett, an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, as its new Chief Operations Officer, effective October 26, 2026. Mr. Burnett will oversee construction execution, procurement, and data center operations as the company prepares to deliver its contracted power capacity.

• Compensation: Mr. Burnett's initial annual base salary is $250,000, set to increase to $300,000 upon financing of the CLT1 site and to $350,000 upon financing for the next site.
• Bonus Structure: He is eligible for site delivery bonuses ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 per site, contingent on the contracted IT load (in MW). These bonuses are paid in three stages: financing/construction start (25%), energization/commissioning (25%), and customer handoff (50%).
