Axe Compute Inc. (NASDAQ: AGPU) rang Nasdaq’s opening bell on October 12, 2026. The ceremony marked more than $3.45 billion in signed neocloud GPU compute contracts.
The company built this backlog in approximately seven months, marking a rapid pivot to AI infrastructure. The contracts are five-year, take-or-pay agreements designed to provide stable, predictable revenue.
The ceremony highlighted Axe Compute’s shift from AI-powered cancer diagnostics. The company sold its Helomics business in late 2025 and changed leadership to capitalize on rising demand for GPU computing power.
Axe Compute has received more than $184 million in customer prepayments for its Georgia AI cluster. The cluster houses 2,304 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs. The prepayments underscore the importance customers place on guaranteed GPU access for large-scale AI workloads.
