This disclosure reflects trading activity that occurred between April and June 2026. During that period, Aclaris was advancing its clinical programs for immuno-inflammatory diseases. In an August 6th update, the company announced it was positioned for an eventful second half of the year with several expected clinical data readouts and trial initiations for its antibody pipeline. Aclaris also reported having a cash runway sufficient to fund operations through the end of 2028.
