Anthropic has launched the Claude Frontier Academy with a $100 million commitment. The initiative aims to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by the end of 2027, to the same standard as Anthropic’s own engineers.
The program is designed to address a growing shortage of specialists who can integrate advanced AI into large organizations and deliver business results. Its first cohorts include engineers from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Morgan Stanley, and Novo Nordisk.
Anthropic aims to build a workforce skilled in its Claude AI models, easing a key bottleneck in enterprise AI adoption and accelerating the technology’s deployment in practical business applications.
