ABB India Ltd. declared a special dividend of ₹90 per share on July 31, 2026. The board approved the payout following second-quarter results for the 2026 calendar year.
Net profit rose 3% year-over-year to ₹362 crore. Revenue increased 21% to reach ₹3,559 crore.
Order intake hit a second-quarter record of ₹4,363 crore. New orders surged 50% compared to the same period last year.
Operating profit margins narrowed from 13.6% to 12.6%. Rising costs drove the margin compression.
